We simply water the seeds of greatness in ourselves so we can nourish the harvest of others…in ways that help all involved with our enterprise fully own the spiritual authority of a shared visionary voice.

Leveraging Knowledge Management..Implicit Business Intelligence

New paradigm leaders are the conduits for higher conductivity—moving in wisdom and co-creative power with the momentum imbued by Spirit through inspired right action. We have successfully moved past incongruous leadership based in detached identity and practice with the emphasis on explicit metrics of leadership demonstration, to the implicit operative, as the marker of measured success. However, we must learn to effectively source implicit business intelligence.
Core values, systemic activities, and subtle environmental factors, are part of the internal-external energy flow within an organization. The feeling-state of each worker also imparts consciousness to the business entity creating ripple effects experienced by customers and other businesses as well.
And so, the following “Wholisitc Business Empowerment Framework” and interactive questions can be used to stimulate group discussion in order to harness co-creative power inherent in our spheres of influence—central to the co-creative transformational and evolutionary processes of organizational life. Think of this framework like a “Tree”, with each branch contributing to wholism in organizational culture and progress by reinvention.

Personal peace that results in understanding and wisdom-mentoring; finding new meaning in moving beyond crises via innate spiritual intelligence that invigorates ideals and positive manifestations; selflessness and service to a larger purpose.

Corporate Soul...A Wholistic Business Empowerment Framework



Conscious Corporate Soul refers to a “new paradigm” of value creation for intentional “conscious” business enterprise in the 21st Century…a transformational era of consciousness evolution.  Business enterprise vested upon altruistic principles is not entirely new.  However, over the last 40 years, the demand to accountability (conscience, wisdom, and consciousness or communion) in the corporate sector, by millions of consumers and individuals in the international business community, known as the Integral Global Culture, has changed the marketplace forever in the way business is done.

This is not the earlier premise for accountability to corporate social responsibility, global citizenship or planetary stewardship, established early on.  Rather, the altruistic principles espoused in conscious business enterprise have also transformed both intangible and intangible manifestations of changed culture.  And so, the “conscious corporate soul” has emerged, requiring a new level of attention… and new leverage in corporate life.

New Definition Leadership present the following framework:
  • Conscious intention in business,
  • Relational relevance and essential alliance,
  • Spiritual-intelligence (SQ) translation (conscience, wisdom, and communion with higher-cause in organizational life),
  • Transformational learning, and

The conscious corporate soul is born out of the spirit of revelation…or higher-cause in the corporate sector.  It has a life of its own that partly exists co-creatively in the spiritual realms; because human spiritual-intelligence engagement is part of the (cause-effect) wholistic business infrastructure.  In other words, the organization is organic.  Psychic exchange levels of thought and energy information movement take place in the corporate body at all times without ceasing.  The quality of enlivened soul in the corporation has to do with the “why”… healthy company ecology in the free expression of emotion, will, and mind.  But the “what” has to do with the fact that there is more room for spiritual validation among the workforce. 

Obviously, we are talking about the spiritual life of leadership, and the workforce, and the corporation as a righteous-purposed object acting in the world.  One unified by conscience, wisdom and communion with higher-cause, so much so that the soul grows and expounds positive impact on the world.  And radiates certain qualities.  This is how 21st Century corporations garner innovation, progress by reinvention, and evolve company purpose in alignment with the greater needs of society more effectively–at a level of higher-conductivity.  The soul of the conscious corporate enterprise has come to life as consciousness evolution takes hold in the corporate sector.  And it lives through inspired demonstrations of transformative authority.
